Stretchy midweight modal spandex jersey knit fabric with a soft, smooth feel and excellent drape. This 4-way stretch jersey is breathable and comfortable, making it perfect for sewing t-shirts, dresses, leggings, loungewear, pajamas, and casual or activewear garments. Ideal for apparel projects that require flexibility, softness, and shape retention.

Care: Modal should be cared for following the guidelines for cotton. Modal can be washed in warm or cold water. Modal should be taken from a dryer while slightly damp to reduce wrinkling. Modal, like cotton, most often needs a bit of ironing to look crisp. Extremely high temperatures when ironing can scorch the fibers. The scorching or yellowing occurs as the fibers begin to burn. Burned fibers cannot be revived.
