Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns not due to damage or an incorrect item.

  • This fee helps cover handling and repackaging costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost.
