Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied and delighted with your purchase you may simply exchange or return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund (minus shipping & handling or other charges) within 14 days of purchase.
Return Instructions:
1) Call the Koshtex customer service department at 1-213-488-5152 to obtain a "Return authorization number(RAN)" or e-mail us at info@koshtex.com
2) Complete the return form provided and write the return authorization number and the reason for your return.
3) Pack your merchandise with the original packing materials, including return form, packing slip, and the product certificate if appropriate in a cardboard shipping box.
4) Print your name, address and Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the Return Label which is enclosed in your package and affix it to the outside of the package and mail the package to: 828 S. San Pedro St. Los Angeles, CA 90014 ( which is written on the Return Label ).
5) Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please insure the package for the full value of the invoice plus shipping charges using the delivery courier of your choice. Koshtex is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping.
If the value of the item(s) you're returning is:
Less than $500: You can mail the item(s) via any courier. Be sure to ship your item(s) fully insured, and request a return receipt to ensure that your shipment is tracked.
More than $500: FedEx and UPS will not insure it, so mail your package via US Postal Service. Also, request a return receipt to ensure that your shipment is tracked.
6) Print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and mail the package to: 828 S. San Pedro St. Los Angeles, CA 90014
Returns are subject to following conditions:
- The item(s) must be returned within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order from Koshtex.
- Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
- Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. The original Koshtex security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
- Custom Work, Special orders or personalized, engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Koshtex .
- All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the conditions of the item.
- Shipping, handling and insurance costs will only be refunded if Koshtex is liable for the error.
- If an item ordered with free shipping is returned only the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the order.
- For rush delivery, shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
